Integrity Servicing Partner
At A Glance – How it Works!
· Servicing
system data are downloaded to Vision Proã.
·
Administrator sets operator parameters:
-
Identification name
and/or number and pass code
-
Competency level – levels 1 – 12 from trainee to senior
auditor
-
Loan assignments;
individual loans, specific pools, specific loan types, loans by complexity,
entire system.
· Operator
calls up a loan by number or other identifier.
· Operator
reviews documents (preferably imaged; Partner’s windowed system.)
· Operator
enters data from documents called for by Vision
Proã
(downloaded data resident,
redundant, blind test – see Dynamic Data
Discrepancyã.
(see page 7))
· Operators or
Administrators can generate internal, target or report memos “on the fly.”
· When all
data are entered, operator saves the loan and opens the next. (A trained
operator can complete 120 to 150 loans per day.)
· Administrator
downloads available payment history from servicing system.
Vision Proã
systemically runs a complete
recalculation on each loan from date of origination, comparing the correct
calculation against actual history and reconciling the results.
(If acquired loans have been subject to extremely poor servicing such as
numerous reversals or other strange entries, the system will identify and set
such loans aside. Even in such
cases, a 5% fallout is uncommon.)
·
Alternative – payment history can be entered manually for all loans
if systemic download is not possible.
· Management
generates custom reports:
-
D3 discrepancy reports in general or by operator,
by field, etc.
-
Personnel (operator) reports; time spent with each loan,
discrepancies, memos, etc.
-
Statistical Overviews, discrepancies by type, Note type, etc.
MACC-TRAC/Vision Proã
is not restricted to computational data.
With the inclusion of MACC-TRAC/ FLEX-FORMã
Partners can easily customize
and implement execution of Dynamic
Data Discrepancyã
( see page 7) on any or all data
fields. Audited data can be
uploaded back to any servicing system.
Vision Proã
data can be maintained with SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access or any OBDC compliant database systems.
Because of the manner in which MACC-TRAC/Vision
Proã
stores and manages data, any loan that is recalled or updated with new
information can be fully recomputed each time.
This means that customer inquiries are always up to date and servicing
for sale can always be supported by the most recent, 100 percent accurate
quality assurance report.
