MACC-TRAC / Vision Pro^Ó License

MACC-TRAC/ Vision Pro System^Ó is available through an annual license program plus a predetermined estimate of loans for processing (activations).  The Price Guide is structured to provide maximum benefits to clients at the lowest possible cost.  Partners initially contract for what they determine to be their projected use.  They may increase the number of activation credits at any time.  The System will give adequate notice to the Partner when the predetermined number of activation credits is being reached.  The number of loan activation credits can be increased electronically with a simple telephone call to MACC. 

Renewal license fee is based on the basic license plus a percentage surcharge on prior activations.  All prior year activated loans remain in the system and can be revised, updated and recalculated at any time to respond to customer inquiries, provide audit proof to regulators, investors and potential buyers.  Partners may activate additional loans within the initial license Level or, if sufficient in number, advance to the next, lower per loan cost Level.  The basic annual license fee is $5,000, payable upon execution of a license agreement.  The activation fee can be paid in twelve monthly installments.   

Unlimited Workstations (Seats)

There is no restriction on the number of MACC-TRAC/ Vision Pro System^Ó workstation installations at the same geographic location.  An individual pass code is provided by MACC for each workstation installation.  Partner’s management has the ability to account for work performed at each workstation.

Added Benefit for “Leadership” Partners

Partners activating 15,000 loans and greater are considered Leadership Partners.  Beginning with Level 6 of the Price Guide, the following basic services are included: (excluding travel and expenses)

·        coordinate and test interface with Partner’s servicing system and train two technical staff individuals (IT / MIS),

·        train up to three individual users as System Leaders at the MACC offices in Englewood, Colorado for a minimum of two days, (at MACC’s discretion, a third or fourth day may be required to assure a level of competence)

·        provide up to ten hours per month of telephone technical support,

·        provide monthly updates of up to 20 separate indices selected by a Partner during the first license year,

·        provide valuable program updates from time to time at no additional cost.

If training is requested at Partner’s location, travel and personnel expenses are billed as Pass-through expenses.  Additional training will be provided at the rate of $700 per class day with a maximum of five people per class.

⁽¹⁾  Cost Per Loan

⁽²⁾ Renewal Fee is based on the Basic Annual License Fee plus 20% surcharge based on prior year activation fee plus any additional new activations.  Surcharge over 30,000 loans is 16%.

⁽³⁾ Activation Credit Fee is billed monthly

Activations that are not used during a license year may be extended into the subsequent license year.  There is no credit back for unused activations.  Additional activations may either be purchased at the initial level or client may move to a higher level.  Next level pricing is not retroactive to previous level.  The annual license fee is due and payable upon execution of the contract.  Activation fee is billed monthly, due on receipt.

Technical Support and User Help

MACC-TRAC/Vision Pro^© has extensive online help screens with a powerful search engine.  Screens also contain helpful “tool tips.”  In addition, both technical and user support is available during regular business hours. 

General Consulting Fees

Hourly fees range from $80.00 per hour to $250.00 per hour based on project, task requirements, IT programming and levels of expertise. Hourly rates are adjusted on a daily, weekly or monthly basis or are negotiated in a long-term contract.   

Pass-through Expenses

Travel, airfare, lodging, ground transportation and individual per diem are direct pass-through expenses.  MACC does not normally add administrative fees to pass-through expenses unless included as part of a negotiated contract.  Each party is responsible for its own costs of voice and data transmission telephone line charges, regular mail and overnight delivery unless otherwise determined by contract.
