The MACC-TRAC^Ó Single Associate Program^TM

Effective March 1, 2000

MACC-TRAC/ Vision Pro System^Ó is provided through an annual license fee with a measure  of loans for processing.  The MACC-TRAC Integrity Servicing Partnership Program^TM is the central system designed for professionals in the loan servicing business. That program provides the ultimate quality assurance through D³ (Dynamic Data Discrepancy^Ó), bulk audit, electronic integration of payment history and many, many other features adjunct to the servicer’s system-wide network.

The MACC-TRAC Single Associate Program^TM provides owners of modest servicing operations, accountants, attorneys, independent or institutional auditors and consultants access to the most powerful computational engine for loan analysis and auditing.  All loan Note and payment history is entered manually.  The Associate Program allows the user to save, revise, update and print reports.  Associates can update, add and maintain an unlimited number of indices in the index library.  The program is delivered with approximately ninety standard indices.  Updates are available to licensees through MACC via the internet or FAX for a nominal annual fee.

The MACC-TRAC Single Associate Program^TM license includes credits for the analysis and audit of 250 separate loans.  Additional loan activations can be added to the license at any time for an additional cost.
