Using systemic download,
MACC-TRAC/Vision Pro©, is
capable of a Preaudit Bulk Review of
large loan pools. The reliability of the
Preaudit Bulk Review is, of course, totally dependent on the quality and
accuracy of the 
servicing
data.
As stated earlier, each loan is reconstructed from date of
origination and pay history is integrated.
The purpose of the Preaudit Bulk Review is to identify loans with no “apparent” errors (reconstructed loan balance
reconciles with actual last transaction balance) and to help form a
“general” opinion about the quality of prior servicing.
The Preaudit Bulk Review does address
original setup errors.
