We train the Partner’s IT manager to download servicing system data to
Vision Pro. Data
elements are organized in a variety of screens.
Data are compared, field-by-field, simultaneously, as the operator
enters data from the loan documentation.
If there is a discrepancy, the operator is alerted and
 stopped.
A warning screen defines the specific servicing system data
element in question. The system
forces the user to re-verify the information in the documents, confirm and post
the correct information. The
discrepancy, corrected data and questioned (original) data are recorded in the Vision Pro database.
The discrepancy is also noted in a special discrepancy report.
At the end of each day or anytime during a project, the oversight
manager can call up this report. The
report identifies any and all discrepancies in each specific loan. This extra
quality assurance check permits the manager to focus just on the discrepancies
and does not require a review all of the data input for each loan.
Vision Pro makes the old
“One-in-ten” quality control sampling method obsolete!
