service provider, address and domain name. • Your computer’s operating system and Web browser. • Your use of our Website(s) and the type of service you receive from us • “Cookie” information, which allows us to recognize your computer each time you return to our site, improve our site content and suggest services that may be of interest to you. Information We Share with OthersMACC-TRAC may aggregate the results of your audit with results of other audits in order to generate statistical analyses of the frequency and type of loan servicer errors discovered over time. We may share these analyses with lenders, servicers, regulatory agencies, and the press. Additionally, we may share these analyses with third parties to perform marketing services on our behalf. However, we will not disclose your identity or any of your personal information used to perform your audit unless required by law. MACC-TRAC may share your personal, non-public information with others as required by law. For example, it may be necessary for us to share information about you in response to law enforcement agencies, state or federal regulatory agencies, subpoenas or other court orders. Changes to Our Privacy PolicyFrom time to time, it may be necessary to amend this privacy policy. MACC-TRAC reserves the right to modify or supplement this Privacy Policy at any time.
